Albertville City Council 7.7.2026 Part 2 of 3
Continued discussion by PUD developer Tim Perkins. Explanation of a traffic study submitted to assess the new impact from the PUD. (The study is available in full on the city’s web site. Just search “study”.) The traffic was counted during certain hours on one Wednesday in March. National averages and comps were used for analogy and disclosed the added 241 homes with over an estimated 500+ cars will have limited impact on traffic. As one resident noted, that just doesn’t compute. Stay tune for part 3 video where the council speaks in closing comments and tries to justify their unanimous vote with no explanation when their decision was previously reached and why councilman Broadhurst read from a prepared statement.
