We move with the bakeries to the working-class neighborhood of Torpignattara. Close to the more famous Pigneto, Rome's nightlife district, Torpignattara has disappointed us a bit with its pizza by the slice, so who knows if its ovens will take it to the next level? The now almost customary three recommendations and then my three opinions on their products, both sweet and savory, alternating between pizza and pizzette, croissants, and puff pastries. This episode is truly sensational; I stumble upon a bakery that can easily compete with other giants, but to understand what it's all about, you'll have to watch the video to the end.
