Forni criminali VILLA FIORELLI

I call it that even though the neighborhood is San Giovanni in Rome. It's already a well-trodden area for bakeries, but while we're moving to the eastern part of the same neighborhood, the rankings change slightly. Why? It's apparently worth it, and San Giovanni proves to be a decent neighborhood for food—in short, it holds its own. We're shaking up the classic format a bit by first visiting all the featured bakeries, then eating and discussing them together at the end, sitting on the wall of a quiet square. Pizzette as usual, but also pizza scrocchia and croissants for this episode, which proves to be interesting in its recommendations.
