🍲Vegan Meal Prep For Large Family | Meal prep in 3 hours

Knead for about 5-10 min on medium Toss with oil so it won't stick and let rise for about 1 hour Punch it down, put dough in a 9x13 pan and let rise one more time for about 20 to 30 minutes Poke holes using your fingers, drizzle olive oil, onion powder, salt and italian seasoning Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit and bake for 30 minutes Allow to rest, drizzle more olive oil on the tops and enjoy! Mac & Cheese: Bowl a head of cauliflower, an 8oz bag of frozen butternut squash, and 2 cups of raw cashews in a pot of water with a tsp of salt. Prepare your elbow macaroni in a separate pot, and undercook it for 1-2 minutes per package instructions for al dente texture Once vegetables have cooked for about 10 minutes, add the vegetables in a blender along with about 2 cups of your cooking liquid. Add 1 tbsp mustard, 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar, and salt to taste. Blend until nice and creamy, and add more cooking liquid until your liking. Pour onto the cooked elbow You can bake this for about 20 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit or enjoy it as is.
