I Lost Subscribers After Posting This…

#vegan #vegetarian #plantbased #cookingwithkids ✨NEW✨ Every Wednesday I send out a newsletter to help you beat dinner fatigue with meal ideas, practical inspiration, and what actually works in a real kitchen. Join the loop here: https://foodloops.beehiiv.com/ If you want the real behind-the-scenes thoughts of a small creator, I’m writing my Creator Diaries series on Substack all March: starting with this week’s post: https://echoesofchaos.substack.com/p/... Last week I shared that we decided to bring eggs back into our diet after years of eating mostly plant-based… and almost immediately I watched our subscriber count start dropping. Going from about 9,964 → 9,900 in just a few days made me stop and really think about what it means to share your life online. In this video I’m baking bread, pumpkin apple baked oatmeal, and chocolate chip cookies with the kids while talking honestly about what it’s like being a small creator on YouTube. This is the start of a new series where I’ll be sharing the real side of creating content — authenticity, losing subscribers, burnout, blogging, and figuring it out as I go. If you’re a creator (or you just love cozy kitchen videos + real conversations), you’re in the right place. 🫶🏽 👉 More on Substack: https://echoesofchaos.substack.com/ Subscribe for more real-life cooking + creator conversations with our big family. 💚Amazon wishlist: https://www.amazon.com/hz/wishlist/ls... We are Trey and Rosa, we have 5 kiddos and we moved from the big city of Las Vegas to the outskirts to homestead and grow our own food with the goal of self-sufficiency. We converted to eating plant based due to health reasons and we've seen the benefits it has done to our family! We have a small homestead/desert garden and we are passionate about growing our own food, eating a clean & healthy plant-based diet, cooking food from scratch, and making simple skincare products for our family and for you.
