A day BEHIND the creation of a tasting menu at Samrub Samrub Thai, one of the most iconic restaurants in Thailand. The couple, Mint Jarukittikun and chef Prin Polsuk, with their team, develop new tasting menus every two months, exploring ancient recipes, as well different regions of the Kingdom. In Bangkok they present an exclusive experience, very close to guests, but here we get to experience their creative moment, where the relationship within the team is also presented as a strong element of this unique project. "Pink Lotus" was a menu based on the region of Ubon Ratchathani, northeast of Thailand, for March - April 2025, playing with the name and timeline of the hit series "White Lotus", shot in Thailand and released around same time.
