Recipe: @phcakeshop and @doremus.alimentos 💕 INGREDIENTS 100g butter 175g Dorella filling 2 eggs 2 egg yolks 45g sugar 45g wheat flour PREPARATION Melt the butter together with the Dorella filling and set aside. In a bowl, mix the eggs, egg yolks, and sugar until you obtain a homogeneous mixture. Add the melted butter and filling and mix well. Finally, add the wheat flour, stirring gently until fully incorporated into the batter. Distribute into individual petit gateau molds and bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for approximately 8 minutes. Serve warm with ice cream. Notes: Baking time may vary depending on the size of the mold and the oven power. The ideal point is with the edges baked and the center creamy. Yield: 5 units. Shelf life: 5 days in the refrigerator or 30 days frozen.
