NOVO RESTAURANTE DO MASTERCHEF VIC VIEIRA | DEB VIAJA | Go Deb

In this video, I visited the new restaurant Tasca Bica, owned by Vic Vieira, a participant in Masterchef season 4. After Masterchef, the chef consolidated his career in gastronomy with experience in restaurants in Asia and has now opened his first restaurant in Lisbon, Portugal. As Vic Vieira says, the restaurant has a relaxed and fun atmosphere, but with bold dishes that combine the chef's multicultural references. Despite the name, Tasca Bica is not a traditional tavern, and those looking for traditional Portuguese dishes will not find them. On the contrary, the menu features several homages to Portuguese cuisine, such as the roast chicken, which is the house specialty and is served with piri-piri sauce. There is also the famous rissole, which in Vic's recipe is filled with chicken hearts. Furthermore, it's worth noting that Tasca Bica is a chicken tavern; all the dishes here have some ingredient that refers to this bird. The signature dish promises to be the Roast Chicken, which takes 5 days to prepare. Vic's concept is a "fun dining" restaurant, where most dishes are made in small portions to be eaten by hand, as well as larger options to be arranged and shared in the center of the table. Deb Visita is a segment on the channel where I share my gastronomic experiences in various restaurants throughout Brazil and the world.
