Willow Creek Falls-A Hike That Doesn't Match The Signage-Eagles Nest Wilderness-Solo Hike

July 16, 2025 This hike had me so frustrated. It's all my fault due to planning so late and not researching more. Watch my learning lesson so you don't make the same mistakes. Mistakes 1 Picking a new hike at 10 p.m. 2 Not cross checking for more information 3 Assuming this hike would have clear signage 4 Not checking Gaia ahead of time before I was on the trail Gaia has the route but doesn't show the waterfall unless you zoom into the map. Although I was extremely frustrated, I knew it was all my fault. I was never lost. I could have returned to the trailhead at any time. We are all responsible for our own safely.
