Genesis Venue: Saratoga Performing Arts Center Location: Saratoga Springs, New York, USA Date: August 26th, 1982 Soundboard/audience recording (merge) (AUD taped by BFOQ) Audio Quality: A/B+ One of the most well-known bootlegs of 1982, as for decades, this was the only soundboard recording we had of the Encore tour until the big drop of summer 2025. This is a good show, though definitely one that is rough around the edges. There's some strange sloppiness that creeps in from time to time, such as Mike fumbling during the Abacab jam a few times, or Tony completely desyncing during his keyboard solo right before Apocalypse in 9/8. When it comes to the highlights however, Apocalypse in 9/8 is one of Phil's most aggressive and passionate renditions ever captured (the 666 verse is my favourite of the whole tour), and Lamb/Watcher is not only one of the longest they ever played, but simply one of the greatest; truly beautiful. This upload is using a merge of the soundboard with the AUD source, making this the most complete copy of the show out there.
