This is quite frankly, a very strange showing for Phil's vocals - he's definitely inconsistent as can be, as he totally will nail a part of one song, and then struggle and push on another (Behind the Lines is an example of the latter). Within all of this, Supper's Ready from here ranks as one of Phil's most creative versions ever captured (with an especially excellent '666' verse for this period), and the whole improv jam during the Lamb is a candidate for my favourite one of all time.
