Traumhafter Sognefjord - Norwegen Roadtrip mit dem Wohnmobil

After a final look at the Atlantic Ocean, we bid farewell to the unique island of Runde and head towards the Sognefjord. The next leg of our Norway trip is approximately 400 kilometers long and leads through stunning landscapes and numerous tunnels. Drive to Sogndal The route takes us through a typically Norwegian landscape: narrow roads winding through green valleys, past deep fjords and mountains. It's precisely this mix that we love so much about Norway. Along the way, we stop frequently to enjoy views and take in the scenery. We stop overnight in Sogndal (population 5,400), a picturesque town right on the Sognedalsfjord. It is considered the gateway to the fjord and is surrounded by mountains reflected in the deep blue waters. The beautifully located campsite "Camping Kjornes" is just outside the town and offers a fantastic view of the fjord. The Kaupanger Stave Church is also worth seeing nearby.
