This is a full body standing workout — no floor exercises, no jumping, and no repeated moves! You can do it anywhere, even outside. Workout structure: • Warm-up: 5 exercises – 30 sec work / 10 sec rest • Main workout: 45 sec work / 15 sec rest (no repeats!) • Cool-down: 5 exercises – 30 sec work / 10 sec rest I’m using two 4 kg (about 9 lb) dumbbells, but feel free to pick the weight that works best for you.
