Quozii (Roast of Lamb) is considered one of the most popular Iraqi dishes. Iraqi Christian usually eat lamb for Easter and Christmas and there is nothing better than this dish to be served to your family and loved ones. . It is not only easy to make but it is very delicious. It looks very elegant as well and for sure you will wow your guests . The method I used to roast it turned it into very juicy, tender and delicious meat. I usually serve it over white rice along with white bean stew.   Note: You can use lamb shanks instead and use same method. One per person.
