DAL BROCÒN AL PRIMIERO: SCOPRIAMO INSIEME LA FILIERA DEL LATTE DI MALGA

In this mountain farming experience, we begin at the Brocòn Pass to meet young shepherd Matteo Tavernaro and end in the shadow of the Pale di San Martino at the Primiero Dairy to learn about the mountain milk supply chain. Cows grazing in the open air, animal welfare, and fresh mountain grass rich in nutrients yield a precious milk that is processed and transformed into high-quality cheeses, a true Trentino specialty.
