In the Genova Valley, at the foot of the Adamello peaks, at an altitude of 1,430 meters, we find Malga Caret, a farm managed throughout the summer season by a close-knit group of young people. Raising Rendena breed cows, milking, and cheesemaking mark the daily routine at this mountain dairy, nestled in a pristine landscape that provides the cattle with mountain pastures, fresh forage, and the animal welfare that yields high-quality milk.
