Beyköy Village Highland Festival Held with Great Enthusiasm The Highland Festival held in Beyköy Village, Kars, was celebrated with great enthusiasm and high participation. Hosted by Beyköy Village Headman Pirsefa Boz, the festival brought together the villagers and numerous citizens from surrounding provinces and districts under one roof.
