UNEXPECTED Surprise in KAMPOT | A Unique Cambodian Adventure

We take you through spending 48 hours in the special town of Kampot, Cambodia. Day 1 in Kampot: We start our excursion by driving to the Bokor National Park in Krong Kampot. The drive in itself is amazing, and the Bokor National Park is such a weirdly beautiful place and one of many unique things to do in Kampot. We also get a glimpse of the park’s history as Bokor Hill Station. There are creepy abandoned buildings that remind you of it’s history. After spending time at the Secret Lake with some unique Khmer food for lunch, we make our way to the Kayaking trail where we spend the evening kayaking down the swamps and heading to the main river. We love trying local Cambodian Khmer food, and in today’s video we first check out the Kampot Spicy Pepper burger at a unique restaurant in Kampot town. Day 2 in Kampot: Day 2 starts with us heading to check out the unique Kampot Salt Farms. Kampot, Cambodia (Krong Kampot province) is also known for it’s world famous Kampot pepper, and we head to a pepper farm called La Plantation to learn more about how Kampot Peppers are grown. We are also surprised to see that they make pepper ice cream from Kampot black pepper. We spend the afternoon walking around the old Kampot town, looking at it’s French-colonial architecture and old-world streets.
