Christianity compared to other religions. Do all religions have the same God? How can I find out which religion is right when there are many religions? What did the Buddha, Confucius, and other religious founders teach? What did Jesus Christ teach? Why, according to our Orthodox Faith, is He the only true God? Why did mankind divided history into pre-Christ and post-Christ era? We see the name of God in the Holy Trinity, Father, Son and Holy Spirit. He is a triune God. Three Faces, but one God. Why do the Vedas, the Qur’an, and all religions, other than Christianity, say absolutely nothing about the lives of their founders, but only about their teaching? The Bible, and in particular the New Testament, tells us about the whole life of Christ, and about His teaching, also where he was when he was a child, it even writes about the genealogical tree of Jesus Christ, so that we may know His origin. Jesus Christ as the second Person of the Holy Trinity, is the only one who publicly said: I am the Life, I am the Living Bread, I am the Living Water, I am the Truth, I am the Way that only above me you can walk, I am the Resurrection, I am the Life. Belief in the only true God does not depend on arguments and proofs, it depends on the will of man. You love and follow someone not because he tells you arguments and proofs, but you love someone because you want to. Undoubtedly, Jesus Christ, the second Person of the Holy Trinity, who came to earth for the salvation of humans, told the truth and that He is God. We read in John Chapter 8 Verse 45-47 the remarkable words of Jesus Christ: “Yet because I tell the truth, you do not believe me! Can any of you prove me guilty of sin? If I am telling the truth, why don’t you believe me? Whoever belongs to God hears what God says. The reason you do not hear is that you do not belong to God”.
