Especially applicable to those who can’t seem to hold neutral during key movement patterns like squats and deadlifts. Maybe you arch too much or butt wink. If it’s a motor control issue not a structural or mobility issue, then this exercise is for you. It’s unloaded too so safe for post-disc injury people with pain and surgery patients.
