A flourless cake that has become legendary! 🏅 Light, delicate, and gluten-free! In this video, I'll show you how to bake a beautiful, gluten-free layer cake. We'll start by baking the base and then show you how to whip cream perfectly. This simple and delicious dessert recipe will delight you! 😍 ✅ Almond pastries (without flour): 150 g almonds (roasted) – chopped. 5 egg whites. 1 pinch of salt. Beat hard. 200 g sugar. Add gradually, in portions. Beat until stiff peaks form and the mixture is firm and glossy. 1 tbsp lemon juice. Stir. 1 tbsp cornstarch. Stir until smooth. Fold in the chopped almonds. Distribute half of the dough evenly in a 35 x 25 cm baking pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C for 8–10 minutes. Repeat with the second half of the dough. Cut each almond pastry into 3 equal parts. This results in a total of 6 parts. 80g white chocolate. 1 tbsp cream or vegetable oil. Melt in the microwave. ✅ Berry filling: 300g mixed berries. 50 g sugar. 1 tsp lemon juice. 20 g cornstarch. Mix well. Allow to thicken, stirring constantly. ✅ Chantilly Cream: 350g mascarpone (or another fresh cheese). 2 tablespoons of icing sugar (or to taste). Vanilla. Stir for a few seconds until smooth. 350 g cream (33–36%).
