Dubba Style Green Cheesy Chicken – Juicy chicken cooked in a creamy green herb sauce with cheese, yogurt, fresh coriander, mint, and green chilies for a rich, restaurant-style flavor. Chicken Chuck – A hearty chicken dish cooked with aromatic spices, garlic, onions, and herbs, creating a delicious main course that pairs perfectly with naan or steamed rice. RECIPES FEATURED DUBBA STYLE GREEN CHEESY CHICKEN Ingredients Boneless chicken cubes ½ kg Oil ¼ cup Butter 2 ounce Chopped garlic 2 tbsp Green chilies chopped 1 tbsp Lemon juice 2 tbsp Allspice ½ tsp Cream ½ cup Cheddar cheese slices 4 Kasuri fenugreek ½ tsp Coal to give dum Blend Together Onion 1 large Green chilies 6 Coriander leaves 3 tbsp Mint 1 tbsp Garlic 1 tbsp chopped Salt ½ tsp Ginger garlic 1 tbsp Oil ¼ cup Cumin seeds 1 tsp Coriander powder 1 tsp Green color a pinch METHOD Blend all together in 2nd column, marinate your chicken cubes in this for 4 hours. Heat oil and butter, add chopped garlic and green chilies in column 1, fry for 1 min, add marinated chicken, cook till done and dry. Now take chicken pieces and grill on tawa, put it back in the pan, add lemon juice, allspice, cream, kasuri methi, cook tillgravy thick and dry, give dum of coal, mix well, add 3 to 4 cheddar cheese slices, cover and cook till cheese melts, sprinkle chopped coriander, serve hot with dinner rolls.' CHICKEN CHUCK Ingredients Chicken breast boneless 1 Salt ½ tsp Egg 1 Cheese 1 slice Black pepper ½ tsp Bread crumbs as required Mushrooms chopped ½ cup Vinegar 2 tbsp Flour ½ cup Oil ½ cup METHOD Remove bones from chicken breast, slit it open like a leaf, marinate with salt, vinegar, pepper, fill it with cheese slice and chopped mushrooms, coat with flour, dip in egg, then in crumbs, press and deep fry on slow flame for 20 mins, serve with fries and coleslaw salad. CHICKEN SALAD INGREDIENTS: Carrot (grated) 1 piece Cucumber (cubes) 2 pieces Green onion 1/4 cup Fresh coriander (chopped) 2 tbsp Roasted sesame seeds 2 tbsp Boiled potato (cubes) 1 piece Chicken breast (boiled and shredded) 1 piece Sweet corn 1/2 cup Mayonnaise 1/2 cup Cream 1/2 packet Sugar 1 tbsp Salt and black pepper 1/2 tsp Lettuce leaves as required Method: Add all the ingredients to a large bowl and mix well.
