Better than puff pastry! A brilliantly simple technique from a VERY OLD BOOK. 🚩Ingredients and recipe: 250 ml of warm milk. 60 g of sugar. 15 g of fresh yeast. Mix well. 1 egg. 7 g of vanilla sugar. 60 g of melted butter. 3 g of salt. Mix well. 500 g of wheat flour. Mix well with a spatula. Add the remaining flour. Knead the dough by hand. Cover and let rise for an hour. 200 g of frozen blueberries. 60 g of sugar. Boil for 5 minutes. 20 g of cornstarch. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin. add the blueberry mixture. Roll out the dough. Cut the dough. Braid the 2 pieces of dough. Place in a baking tray greased with butter. Cover and leave for 25 minutes. Mix an egg yolk with a tablespoon of milk. sprinkle with almond seeds on top.
