A quick and dynamic warm up to do before your run 🏃♂️🔥 Before running, it’s generally better to focus on dynamic warm ups and stretches to prepare the joints for impact, warm up the muscles and improve mobility. In this video, I’m sharing a few mobility and activation exercises to help prepare your body before running: hips, ankles, shoulders, legs, stability and overall mobility. ⚠️ This video is only a short overview: some movements are shown very quickly and sometimes only on one side, so make sure to take your time and repeat everything on both sides.
