Dingwall Middle Level Crossing on the Kyle of Lochalsh has been upgraded to an Automatic Full Barrier Crossing - Locally monitored. This is only the second crossing of this type in the UK, after Ardrossan Princes Street, which was upgraded earlier in 2018.
