Mr. Herminio Jarabo is a member of the Friends of the Air Museum Association and one of the most influential promoters of aeronautical culture for both the Association and the Air Force's Museum of Aeronautics and Astronautics. He is a captain and pilot in the Spanish Air Force and Space Corps, as well as a commercial pilot. At 17, he was the youngest graduate of the tenth class of the General Air Academy. He flew for 12 years with the Air Force, participating in missions during the Sidi Ifni conflict. 32 years as a captain for Iberia, accumulating over a thousand transatlantic crossings. 23,000 flight hours in aircraft such as the Junkers Ju-52, the DC-3, the Heinkel 111, the Azor… 4,000 flight hours with the DC-3, and a very active lecturer.
