Wood Fired Overnight Oxtail

An unctuous, melting, super-slowcooked oxtail stew left in the woodfired oven overnight until the meat falls off the bones. This is a really straightforward dish to make especially if you have already used the oven for cooking something more quickly; you've got all that retained heat so it's a great way of making the most of the falling oven.
