Perfect Slow Cooked Osso Buco and Herb Dumplings from the Woodfired Oven

David is cooking osso buco with herb dumplings, finishing it off with a zesty, punchy gremolata of garlic, lemon and parsley. Comfort food at its absolute best! It's perfect for using up the heat of your refractory oven but no problem if you don't have one; David will tell you how to keep the heat up in a steel oven too.
