No Repeat HIIT Party With Weights

2022 is the perfect time to kickstart your training sessions OR continue them and this fun No Repeat HIIT workout is the best way to start your New Year with a bang! All you need is a set of dumbbells to complete this holiday workout. I used a set of 5kg dumbbells but you may want to use something lighter or heavier depending on your fitness and strength level. There are 3 Circuits to work through + a Workout Finisher. Complete each exercise 40 seconds work/20 seconds rest. have 1 minute rest between circuits. .
