40 Min STRENGTH HIIT & ABS Workout | NO REPEAT
STRENGTH HIIT & ABS NO REPEAT - This complete workout at home will help you hit your strength, cardio and Ab goals without any repeat exercises! You'll need a variety of weighted dumbbells to complete this no repeat workout. I used a set of 5kg + 7 kg dumbbells but you may want to use something lighter or heavier depending on your fitness and strength level. There are 3 seperate circuits to work through. Circuit 1 is a dedicated strength circuit👉🏻 60 secs work/20 secs rest. Circuit 2 is a Bodyweight HIIT👉🏻 45 secs work/15 secs rest.
