[TR.09] The adoption of agents in Public Administration processes represents one of the most promising frontiers linked to the development of Artificial Intelligence. In this roundtable discussion, held on June 10, within the FORUM PA 2026 Scenario "PA and the Future: Technologies and Organizational Models for Augmented Administrations," we reflected on the future prospects associated with the introduction of AI agents, including opportunities for internal efficiency and improved citizen services, as well as challenges related to their security and regulation.
