[TR.18] In recent decades, cities have been true urban laboratories, accelerated by digital twins, smart city control rooms, and artificial intelligence. Today, the paradigm is evolving toward wise cities, where technology, governance, and participation become tools for improving citizens' quality of life. How can governments combine technological innovation with anticipatory governance capable of managing the volatility of the urban context? We discussed this in this roundtable discussion on June 11, within the FORUM PA 2026 Scenario "PA and the Future: Ecosystems and Partnerships for a New Innovation Policy."
