[TR.13] On June 10, as part of the FORUM PA 2026 Scenario "PA and the Future: Empowering People and New Demographic Challenges," we analyzed the main measures introduced in recent years to strengthen public sector attractiveness and simplify recruitment. We also focused on the possibility of further expanding access, including by tapping into the pool of young people without Italian citizenship, for whom the current regulatory framework imposes significant restrictions on access to public employment. Building alliances and collaborations with entities that are naturally closer to young people, from universities to technical and technical institutes (ITS), to associations and volunteer networks, is key.
