Is near-perfect productivity in the workplace a sign of laziness? Is it possible to earn good money working 3-4 hours a day remotely or in a hybrid model? "Lazy girls" say it is possible :) The "Lazy Girl Job" is a very popular approach among Gen Z girls. It's spreading worldwide with the "anti-work" movement started by Gabriella Judge after 2021. Actually, "Lazy girls" are neither anti-workers nor lazy. They advocate a perspective on working life that can be summarized in three points: 1) You are not defined by your job/profession. Your job and the money you earn do not determine your self-worth; the opposite is true. 2) You don't have to accept your manager's or company's demand to sacrifice your health and personal life to work. 3) You should learn technologies that will allow you to complete your work in less time. Now, some of our valued readers and managers might be thinking, "You're explaining all this nicely, but what can we change tomorrow? It's always been this way, and it will always be this way..." But we see very clearly in Gallup's global job commitment and silent resignation survey that it won't continue this way.
