Simple and easy to prepare, this recipe goes great as an afternoon snack and is an excellent option to break out of the routine. #NhacGNT #FamilyFood #RodrigoHilbert Ingredients: For the salami mousse 200g of cream 150g of cream cheese 200g of chopped salami 1 teaspoon of sweet paprika 1 teaspoon of garlic powder 1 teaspoon of onion powder 1 envelope of unflavored gelatin 100ml of water (to dissolve gelatin and seasonings) Olive oil to grease the pan Salt and black pepper to taste Preparation method: For the salami mousse: Heat the water until it is very hot and add to the gelatin. Mix well until the gelatin is completely dissolved. Add the garlic powder, onion powder and paprika. Mix vigorously. In the blender, add the cream, cream cheese and salami. Also add the mixture that was made with the gelatin. Turn on the blender and blend everything until it becomes a cream. If you want it to have small pieces of salami, you don't need to blend it too much. Grease the pan with plenty of olive oil and pour the entire contents of the blender into the pan. Refrigerate and leave for at least 2 hours.
