Turn off the heat and add the butter. Set aside until the butter has completely melted. Add the water to the milk and butter mixture. In a bowl, add 2 cups of wheat flour, yeast, sugar, egg and salt. Add the milk and butter mixture and mix everything together. Gradually add the remaining flour until it comes away from the bowl. Let the dough rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. After this time, stretch plastic wrap on a smooth surface and roll out the dough using a rolling pin or the plastic wrap itself. Do not leave the dough too thin so that it does not tear. Brush the butter all over the dough, leaving a space of two fingers on one end to join at the end. Spread the sugar on top of the butter and add the chocolate pieces. Roll the dough into a swiss roll shape and apply a little water to the remaining end to act as glue. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and let it rest in the refrigerator for 1 hour and 20 minutes. After this time, remove the dough from the refrigerator and cut it into slices of two fingers. Line a baking sheet with non-stick paper and place the rolls with the chocolate side facing up. Bake the rolls for 20 to 30 minutes. For the frosting: In a bowl, add the milk, sugar and vanilla essence. Mix well until you get a smooth cream.
