Gorgonzola Mousse 200g gorgonzola cheese 200g heavy cream 1 beef bouillon cube 1 cup (American style) hot water 1 packet (16g) unflavored gelatin powder, dissolved according to package instructions. Directions: Salami Mousse Dissolve the beef bouillon cube in the hot water. Rehydrate the gelatin. Blend all ingredients in a blender for approximately two minutes. Grease a bowl with oil, pour in the mixture, and refrigerate. Unmold and serve with toast or salads. Gorgonzola Mousse Dissolve the beef broth in hot water. Rehydrate the gelatin.
