During this interactive seminar, we'll be discussing what makes each of these eight regional styles so special and taking a look at the history behind an emblematic signature dish from each style. By the end of this seminar, you'll leave with a greater understanding of Chinese cuisine as a whole, as well as the Chinese names of certain dishes so you can impress your friends during your next trip to a Chinese restaurant.
