Japanese Family 日本の家族　Japanese Family's Honest Thoughts    • Japanese Family  日本の家族　Japanese Family's H...   現在18歳である田中花歩さんは1万人に一人の難病,レット症候群です。 お父さんとお母さんそして花歩さんは一日,一日を大切にそして楽しく過ごされています。 田中家の皆さんにそんな毎日をお話しいただきました。 レット症候群 X染色体上に存在する遺伝子の突然変異によって引き起こされる 主に女の子にのみ、10,000~12,000人に1人の割合で発症する進行性の神経疾患 生後6か月から1才半頃に知能や言語・運動能力の遅れが発現 特徴的なのは、覚醒時に手をたたいたり揉んだりするような動作を繰り返す “常同運動”があること 歩いたり筆談ができる子からほとんど動けない子まで、症状はさまざま ●てんかん発作・脊椎側弯症・歯ぎしり・小頭症 ●息止めや過呼吸などの呼吸異常・睡眠障害などがあるお子さんが多い Japanese Family- The core in the core is conveying how wonderful a family is and the joy of family. The features of this behind can be seen in stereotyped movement like clap ones hands,or rub ones hands when they are awake. The symptoms ranges from the one who can walk and communicate in writing to the one who can`t move at all.
