All kinds of family needs right now, including schooling the boys at home due to COVID; our school not opening up this fall. SO!!! I love this community, and I love working out with you all, but my time belongs to my family first! My hope is to still provide ONE video a week to help keep us moving together. Like today's workout!! This will definitely keep you moving! We've got 10 kickboxing and strength circuits! We are working 30 seconds with a 10 second transition. We will CRUSH each circuit 3x's, going hard and without a lot of rest time. Then, we break after each circuit. I am maximizing repititions and cardio in this workout, and therefore using 5lb dumbbells for the whole workout.
