[Recipe] •Chicken thigh meat 500g •Minced chicken meat 100g •Enoki mushrooms 50g •Eggplant 2 (150g) •A little garlic •Tomato sauce 1 •1 tablespoon miso •10g butter •A little parsley •Salt •Pepper [How to make] ①Cut eggplant and enoki mushroom to your desired size. ②Clean chicken thighs and cut each one into 6 pieces. ③Add about 1 tablespoon olive oil to a frying pan, add garlic and cut chicken thighs, and saute with salt and pepper. ④When the skin has colored, add vegetables and continue to stir fry until they are soft. ⑤When they are soft, add 1 tablespoon miso and a little more than 1 teaspoon sugar, stir fry further, then add tomato sauce and butter and simmer. (If you like it a little sweeter after tasting it, add a little sugar) ⑥ Check that the chicken is cooked, adjust the seasoning to your liking, and serve on a plate. ⑦ Mix the pasta with the remaining sauce.
