Running Journey to Iten, Kenya- Home of Champions

Spending almost a month in Iten, Kenya - Home of Champions and one of the most densely populated town of elite distance runners. While I was there I learned many of new lessons. I ran with hundred of runners in weekly fartlek training run, learned how to cook the Kenyan way, trained hundreds of miles on rolling dirt roads, and made lots of new friends. Kenya is a must for anyone who wants to explore why and how Kenyans have become the some of the best distance runners in the world.
