My LAST Boston Qualifier Cutoff Attempt: Mt Charleston Marathon (BQ ROUND 2: The Final Chapter)

After months of training for a Boston Marathon Qualifying Standard Marathon Time, I ran the Mt. Charleston Marathon in attempts to beat the new BQ qualifier standards. Cut off times are predicted to be crazy even with the new standards, so after many videos documenting my BQ Round 2 Series, it all comes down to marathon race day. Documenting this journey made it so much better and if even one person watched, thank you 💓 Last year I ran a Boston Qualifying marathon but I was one of the 12,000 people who did not make the cut off time for the 2025 Boston Marathon. Even though I was rejected last year, I’m back at Mt Charleston this year with one goal: run a BQ time that not only meets the new standards, but exceeds the new standards. Such an emotional and crazy race day. I needed a Sub 3:25 marathon and my PR previously was 3:28.
