I Rode My E-Scooter to the New Obama Presidential Center

I decided to explore Chicago in a different way — by riding my e-scooter from Marquette Park all the way to the brand new Obama Presidential Center. The ride itself was an adventure as I cruised through the city, taking in the views and experiencing Chicago from a completely different perspective. Once I arrived at the Obama Presidential Center, I was blown away by the architecture, design, and attention to detail. The entire area is filled with beautiful walkways, gardens, picnic spaces, water features, and incredible views. I didn’t have tickets to visit the museum this time, but I was still able to explore the surrounding grounds and experience everything the center has to offer. Once I’m able to get tickets, I’ll definitely be coming back to showcase the museum, the interior of the Forum building, and the library. After exploring the center, I hopped back on my scooter and rode over to Hyde Park to visit Valois — one of Barack Obama’s favorite breakfast spots from his time living in Chicago. After grabbing breakfast, I continued the adventure with a stop at Promontory Point to relax by Lake Michigan before making my way back home. On the ride back, I stopped at Marquette Park again to check out some of the amazing sculptures around the park. Another Chicago adventure in the books — exploring my city one ride at a time. 🛴 LIKE if you enjoy city adventures 🏙️ SUBSCRIBE for more Chicago exploration 📍 Big Tone Adventures Socials 📱 Instagram:   / xtrvonx   Tik Tok: https://www.tiktok.com/@xtrvonx?_t=ZP...
