My Bench Press Is Asymmetric
My bench press has had some long-standing asymmetries over the past several years, which I am fairly convinced are at least partially responsible for my recurring chest injuries and stalled bench press progress. I've managed to fix some of these problems, but am still struggling with uneven shoulder internal / external rotation and uneven elbow tucking. I managed to have some slight improvements during my last workout, but I think it is going to take a lot of patience and conscious effort to get out of my habitual crooked bench press form.
