La brasserie Ratz fête ses 25 ans, la recette d'un succès lotois

It's one of the Lot region's success stories: a craft beer created in the Cahors wine region, which 25 years later has become a regional benchmark. Ratz beer was launched well before the craft brewery and microbrewery craze, by the son of a farmer and rugby player who didn't see himself taking over the family farm. His risky gamble has now resulted in a company employing around thirty people. Two days of celebrations for the 25th anniversary are being organized at the brewery on June 19th and 20th.
