RECETTE DE NORBERT : POULET YASSA AU AIRFRYER (MON ENFANCE)

This week, I'm sharing a childhood favorite: Chicken Yassa! It's a Senegalese recipe I discovered during my teenage years when I lived in Argenteuil, thanks to Fatou, my friend Abou's mother. I decided to adapt it for cooking in an air fryer. It's in my book, "Family Chef: My Airfryer Cuisine."
