The first one is called the Pelican Curl, and it works your biceps through a behind-the-body range that’s almost impossible to replicate with weights. This stretch-based motion especially targets the long head of the biceps — which is what contributes to the peak most guys are chasing. The second is the Behind-the-Neck Pull-Up with a supinated (underhand) grip. This one’s not easy, but if you can do it — or work up to it — it’ll light up your biceps like nothing else. It forces maximal contraction in a range where most pulling exercises fall short. Together, these two moves build the kind of gymnast-style arm that looks like it’s carved out of stone — with no weights at all. You don’t need curls, cables, or preacher benches.
