But in this video, I’ll show you 12 special exercises that gymnasts do, which most people don’t even know about — and probably never tried. Intro If you’ve been training for a while, you’ve probably come across moves like the hollow body hold, the handstand, or even the muscle-up on rings. These exercises show up in other types of training too, but most people instantly link them to gymnastics — because that’s where they come from. Today, though, I want to show you some exercises that aren’t as famous. They’re not crazy hard skills from elite gymnasts, but they’re still fun to learn, super useful, and totally doable.
