It gave us so many full circle moments, call backs and beautifully poignant scenes. This episode was written by Matt Roberts and cowritten by Herself, Diana Gabaldon. Together, they incorporated all the things we love about Outlander. Tender poignant scenes, family love, a battle, history, mystical woo woo, a Jamie and Claire love scene, prophecy fulfillment, mystery, Highland folklore.... it's all in there. It's very different from our deep dive review and analysis show called Outlander Buzz which is a more intense, deeper dive with honeypot ratings, stand out characters, adaptation choices, Hits and Misses, History Hits, interview clips and other subsection categories along with a scene-by-scene analysis. These are fully structured and higher production. They are quite time consuming to create. I will begin producing S8 Outlandish BUZZ S8 likely after S2 of BOMB airs, so we can consider how the ep serves the season arc as a whole. (I hadn't planned to wait that long, but we just found out about the short turn around till BOMB S2 in only three months).
